Please join Hilary and William to celebrate their love and commitment to one another.
Unfortunately, there is no parking for guests at the venue. Instead we have arranged shuttle buses to pick up all guests and transport them to the venue. We ask that all guests arrive at their accommodation by 3:00PM so we can arrange transport accordingly.

We have arranged transport for all guests from the venue to your respective accommodations after the celebrations have concluded.

We recognise and appreciate that people will travel long distances to attend our wedding. To help with this, we have arranged some discounts across a few hotel options:

Spicers Guesthouse offers a grounded take on luxury in the Hunter Valley. Surrounded by native bushland and open grounds, the property sits in the heart of Hunter Valley wine country – quiet, well-situated, and easy to settle into.
We have arranged a 10% discount for our guests staying at Spicer’s Guesthouse. To use this, go to the Spicer’s Guesthouse booking website here, select “Add promotional code” and add Wedding10 to your booking.
RYDGES RESORT HUNTER VALLEY
Set on 100 acres in the heart of Lovedale, Rydges Resort Hunter Valley is a sprawling 4-star retreat.
To book our special wedding rates, go to the Rydges website here, select dates between 04 March 2027 and 08 March 2027, and add 2703HILWIL in the “Block Code” section.
TRANSPORT & PARKING
Unfortunately, there is no parking for guests at the venue. Therefore, we have arranged shuttle buses to pick-up and drop-off all guests to and from the venue on the day.

Closer to the date, we will ask you to confirm your accommodation location so we can arrange this for you. We will send a bus schedule with timings and pickup points a few weeks before the wedding.

Formal with Colour.
Ladies, please wear vibrant colourful long dresses and avoid wearing black or navy. If you intend on wearing stilettos, also keep in mind that the ceremony will take place on the lawn.
Gents, look dapper in a suit with a tie or bowtie.
Unfortunately due to the venue’s capacity restrictions, we can only cater for named guests on the invitations. Please refer to your invite for details.
Whilst we adore your little ones, we are keeping this celebration adults only with limited exceptions for family.
Whilst inherently unpredictable, March in the Hunter Valley is usually pretty warm during the day. Most of the day will be outdoors, so please plan accordingly.

Your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for. Should you wish to contribute to the next chapter of our lives, there will be a wishing well available on the day.
Our dream is to have an unplugged ceremony, so we would love for you to put your phone away and be with us in the moment. Do not worry, our lovely photographers will be floating around to capture every detail, so you won’t miss a thing!
Once the reception starts, feel free to take all the photos you would like!
